The audit is free. Knowing is the product.

Your Brand IQ, every wrong claim, and the content that fixes it - at no cost and no card. Paid tiers add monitoring, tracked prompts, and the reporting line. The scored question set is identical on every one.

The anchor

The free audit is the whole read. Paid is how you keep it moving - never how you unlock the number.

Custom prompt packs add $39/mo. Each Jinn product is priced on its own, or take the whole Jinn Suite.

What you’d assemble instead

The read, assembled by hand.

To know what AI tells your buyers - and fix it - the assembled version is a consultant on retainer plus a monitoring stack. Both real, both good at their slice, neither closing the loop.

The people

Hire the read

  • SEO / GEO consultant1$15-$35/hr

Posted range, median $21/hr - hourly, before any deliverable.

  • Agency retainer2$501-$1,000/mo

The most common bracket in a 439-provider survey; the overall average runs near $2,900 a month.

The most common retainer bracket alone clears Fama’s Starter tier - and it buys a person’s hours, not a weekly instrument.

The tools

Rent the dashboards

  • SEO platform seat3$139/mo

Entry plan, monthly billing - classic search, one seat.

  • AI-visibility dashboard4On their site

Tracking only - it reports what engines say, it does not write the fix.

North of $139 a month before the AI-visibility line even prints a number - and every one of them stops at reporting.

$197/mo

Fama Starter. The audit is free first - your Brand IQ, every wrong claim, no card. Paid is how you keep it moving.

Framing, not a measured stat: the posted ranges, survey brackets, and list prices are real and sourced below; your mix is your own. Categories in the visual, publishers in the citations - and we never print a rival’s number we could not confirm on their own page the day we checked.

Capability by capability

Monitoring is the floor. The read is the product.

The capability picture behind the tables: every class here can watch the engines. Grounding the read in your verified record, proving a claim false, and generating the fix is where the columns separate.

Category ratings are directional: they describe each class as a whole from public positioning, not any one product. Our column is rated only where the capability is verified in the product - including the half ball we gave ourselves.

They report. Fama remediates.

They all report what the engines say. None of them ground the read in your Brand DNA to fix it - monitoring versus remediation.

Or you could hire a GEO consultant.

A retainer gets you a slide deck of what the engines say and a list of recommendations. Fama runs the same read continuously for $197 a month, generates the corrected content itself, and hands you receipts: the score line, the per-engine grid, and a pinned test that proves the number cannot be bought - not even by us.

The questions that decide it.

  • Which engines does Fama check?

Six: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and Google AI Overviews. The scored question set is identical free or paid.

  • How often is my brand re-scored?

The free audit runs on demand. With monitoring on, re-audits run weekly or daily per brand. Monitoring is off by default on a fresh account - Trends, Alerts, and the digest fill in after the first monitored run.

  • How does the corrections workflow actually work?

The audit ranks confirmed falsehoods worst-first by reach times damage. You confirm or dismiss each one. A confirmed correction is saved permanently, respected by every future audit, grade, and generated asset, and the same claim is never re-flagged.

  • Does confirming corrections change my score?

Provably no. Brand IQ accepts only raw citation results, and a pinned test runs the score with and without your confirmed corrections and asserts a byte-identical integer. What AI says about you and how loudly it says it are kept structurally separate.

  • Is Brand IQ a black box?

No. Prominence is a documented, deterministic 0-5 rules pass per engine answer, blended into one 0-100 number and rebalanced across whichever engines answered that run. The engine weighting is labeled v1-beta in the code and treated as directional, not a precision instrument - we say so out loud.

  • What is free and what is paid?

The full audit is free: Brand IQ across all six engines, the specific wrong claims, and the fix content. Paid tiers ($197 / $497 / $2,997) add monitoring, custom tracked prompts, team workspaces, and the reporting line. The scored question set is identical on every tier.

  • Can a competitor game the score?

There is no lever to pull. The score is a pure function of how prominently engines mention you in answers to real buyer questions. It cannot be bought from us either - the pinned test applies to everyone, including Jinn.

  • Can I track my own questions, not just the defaults?

Yes - the Prompt Portfolio. Caps are 0 on free, 25 on Starter, 50 on Growth and Agency per brand, plus 10 more per $39/mo prompt pack. A discovery rail suggests real, volume-backed buyer questions grounded in your brand facts.

  • Can an AI agent operate Fama for me?

Yes. Fama exposes a 33-tool MCP server over one JSON-RPC endpoint with scoped per-workspace tokens. An agent can list brands, pull findings, add tracked prompts, trigger an audit, and mint a share link - and gets a machine-readable cap denial at plan limits.

  • Does Fama connect to my Google Analytics / Search Console?

The connector is fully built - real OAuth flow, AES-256-GCM encrypted token storage - but switched off pending Google’s own verification of the OAuth app. We do not promise it as live today; it lands when Google clears it.
