Chart · the catalog

The catalog, as a journey.

Not a menu of SKUs. Chart’s 42 deliverables are the steps of one road, from the day-one grade to the senior synthesis, and every step below is named exactly as the product names it.

Movement I · Ground

It starts by knowing you.

Every document reads from a Brand DNA record extracted from your own site and catalog: 346 fields, tracked present AND absent, so the writing knows what it knows and admits what it does not. Generation is gated on that record being fresh, within 30 days by default.

Movement II · Draft

Every deliverable has a place on the road.

42 deliverable types across eight practice areas and four depths. Open a practice area; every document is named in the same words the product uses, with what it is in one line. Documents marked with the receipts chip run the full research and verification spine.

tier 1

Audit

The grade. Something real in hand on day one.

tier 2

Foundation

The operating documents the grade says you are missing.

tier 3

Intelligence

The landscape around you, researched and cited.

tier 4

Strategy Room

The senior synthesis, read over your own completed reports.

Several verticals name their stages in their own words: Marketing Audit runs an Operating System stage at tier 2 and closes in the Growth Room; Retention & Lifecycle climbs Email Foundation Audit, Lifecycle System, Retention Landscape, Retention Room; and each new-vertical ladder closes in its own senior Room at tier 4 — the Editorial Room (Content & Editorial), the Comms Room (PR & Comms), the Conversion Room (Web & Conversion), and the Creative Room (Creative & Visual).

The Brand RoomYour whole engagement as one senior read1 deliverable
tier 4The Brand RoomYour whole engagement as one senior read: every report you own rolled up into one governing narrative, where your reports agree and disagree adjudicated in the open, and one merged action plan for the whole brand. It composes what you already own — nothing is asserted twice, every line traces to a report you hold.

All 42 types are real and generation-reachable today, and five practice areas currently carry their tier-1 audit with deeper tiers on the roadmap. Purchasing is not open on the site while Chart is in private beta.

Movement III · Verify

The pipeline that earns the word receipts.

Research runs before writing, claims are persisted to a ledger before prose exists, and an independent fact-checker reads every claim against the text of its cited source. This is the same four-step spine the sales page demonstrates, stated here as the mechanism it is.

step 1 of 4

Sources stored

Every retrieved document is saved before a word is written.

step 2 of 4

Claims ledgered

The model states its facts as structured claims, each citing a stored source. No citation, no claim.

step 3 of 4

Independently verified

A second AI reads each claim against the source text itself. The report must clear a 0.85 faithfulness gate; an unreadable verdict counts as unsupported.

step 4 of 4

Dropped, not softened

In regulated categories, an unverified claim touching health, legal, financial, or age territory is removed entirely.

Scope, stated plainly: 22 of the 42 deliverable types run this spine today. The rest generate from your Brand DNA without the appendix, and every pack says which it is before you buy.

Movement IV · Deliver

A document you can interrogate.

Every deliverable renders in the reader with a provenance panel showing exactly what fed it, exports to PDF, and reports its own readiness honestly. Research-backed documents close with the Sources & Methodology appendix; a missing signal renders as a labeled gap, never a number.

Leaf through a real report surface on the overview

Movement V · Revise

One revision, and the rules hold.

Each document includes one structured revision round, enforced in the database. A failed regeneration refunds the round automatically. Your feedback is injected into the regeneration wrapped as data, not instructions, so a revision can never talk the report into an unsupported claim.
