Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of jinn.works and the Jinn platform (“Service”), operated by Jinn (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Jinn is a brand intelligence and content production platform. We analyze publicly available website content to extract brand data, generate content strategies, and produce scripts and creative briefs. The Service includes Fama, our AI brand visibility product, which measures how AI assistants describe your brand and is offered on paid subscription plans. The Service is provided “as is” and is evolving - features may change as we develop the product.

2. Your Account

Access to certain features requires an email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for any activity associated with your access credentials.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Fama paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan pricing with notice; changes apply to your next renewal, never the current period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to analyze websites you do not own or have permission to analyze for commercial purposes
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our proprietary models or data
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

5. Intellectual Property

Your content. You retain ownership of any brand data, URLs, or content you submit to Jinn. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of delivering the Service.

Our output. Reports, scripts, hooks, and other outputs generated by Jinn are yours to use. The underlying models, algorithms, and platform remain our intellectual property.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all output before use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jinn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
