Remediation playbook

Definition

A remediation playbook is a generated, gated set of fixes for a visibility gap: the step after measurement. Once an audit finds where AI engines get a brand wrong, the playbook turns each gap into publishable content, grounded in the brand's verified record.

Why it matters

Measuring a gap is only half the job. A report that tells you an engine describes you wrong, with no fix attached, leaves the actual work undone.

Writing those fixes by hand is slow and easy to get subtly off brand, which is how a correction ends up introducing a new problem.

A playbook closes the loop. Each finding comes back as drafted content aimed at the exact gap, ready to review and publish where the engines will read it.

How Jinn treats it

Fama generates one fix block per finding, grounded in the brand's verified record so a confirmed correction always wins over the extracted default. It is best-effort: if one block fails, it is marked failed and the rest still assemble.

Every block passes the same gates before it is called publishable. The banned-word check must pass and the voice check must not fail, so a fix that would trip compliance or read off brand never reaches the ready pile.

In Fama, findings become a playbook and generated assets, grounded in your verified record and ready to publish. See it
